The classic infuence.

Well i grew up in an area where buildings just kept getting bigger and more modern , so i ask my self , "where did this inspiration come from?" . Just a few weeks a bunch a us when up to Penang , just by looking around i saw many things that infuence another ... well know as the "Pearl of the Orient", i really never got it until i got here. You will just be amazed how things still remains the same in this ever changing state. Here the old colonial heritage co-exist with the modern architecture of today, you will find many af the buildings here infuencing the other, may it be in the window design or even the details on the party wall. The chinese architecture as well as the malay architecture here have a strong colonial infulence and it can be seen on almost every part of the building it self however still maintaining its roots and origin. These are some pictures that shows what i have just said.
